ABSTRACT

There lived and dwelt this fisherman. Once he went out on a lake, cast his net, and hauled in a pike. He climbed up onto the shore, started a fire, and started cooking the pike. He cooked one side and turned it onto the other side. It was ready, he only had to eat it when the pike jumped from the fire and back into the lake. “That’s a wonder,” said the fisherman. “A cooked fish went back into the water!”
