ABSTRACT
This chapter presents details about the history, structure, staff, priority research, and international cooperation of some institutes of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. The institutes include Institute of Economics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Institute of the Economics of Industry of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Social and Economic Problems of Foreign Countries of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Khar’kov Branch of the Institute of Economics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, L’vov Branch of the Institute of Economics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Odessa Branch of the Institute of Economics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Archeology of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Histoiy of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Philosophy of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Social Sciences of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, and Potebnia Institute of Linguistics of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.
