ABSTRACT
The composition of the inheritance of a participant in a full partnership or of a full partner in a limited partnership, of a participant of a company with limited or with supplementary liability, or of a member of a production cooperative includes the ownership share of this participant in the contributed capital of the respective partnership, company, or cooperative. If an heir of a deceased member of a peasant farming operation is not himself a member of this farm, he shall have the right to receipt of compensation proportional the ownership share inherited by him in the property that is in the general joint ownership of members of the farming operation. The division of a land parcel belonging to the heirs by the right of common ownership shall be realized taking account of the minimal size of a land parcel established for parcels of the respective use designation.
