ABSTRACT
This chapter provides an attention turns toward real-world attempts to achieve effective collusion. It examines some of the more successful efforts to see if there are any themes associated with successful collusion. Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich, the department of justice is reviewing the statements and actions by banks and their trade associations regarding possible increases in consumer fees for using debit cards.
