ABSTRACT

In management, just as in parenting, there are no minor things. Every word you say, every glance you project, and every gesture you make are being fixed in the minds of subordinates and thus creating a definite opinion about you. The offered recommendations in no way cover all possible situations that arise in the multifaceted activities of managing. But hopefully they will do their part in helping you to establish good relationships with subordinates and in leading them in a successful and satisfactory professional life.
