Bulhart ThLL 8,585,62f. and compares 10. 41 Allecto medias Italum bacchata per urbis. But these references rather foster the suspicion that mediae . . . Elidis is a misrepresentation of a genuine mediamque per Elidis urbem, And indeed taking a closer look at the post-Vergilian hexameter poetry I find the obvious correction corroborated.
