ABSTRACT
No similar book to International Air Carrier Liability: Safety and Security currently exists. The International Air Transport Association produced successive books, which dealt with air carrier liability, but their scope was much more limited than this title, and they provided almost no commentary or material of an academic nature. Further, they did not provide documents regarding safety and security matters. They are also now out of date.
