ABSTRACT

This study found 13 cases with different initial conditions of developmental trajectories, 13 unique profiles of the coordination of sub-systems and ways of handling tension during the equifinality period, and 13 different professional paths after the studies of psychology concluded. The coordination of sub-systems in the self when solving dilemmas and handling tension in the solutions reveals unique patterns of the dynamics of becoming a psychologist during studies in a bachelor's program. Similarly, every student had unique triggers that affected their professional choice before enrollment in a university and after obtaining the bachelor's degree.
