ABSTRACT

Where to meditate is, of course, up to the preferences of individual meditator. Those preferences can differ according to time, type, and number of meditations for each day or evening. For the 10-minute before-work meditation and for the 20-minute noontime meditation, I usually sit in a rocking chair in my office. Then for the after-work 5:30 meditation I usually lie down in a quiet room in our home.
