ABSTRACT

This chapter expands the breath stage of the Dream-Guided Meditation Model. The breath stage is from the first part of the word Arizona. A dream, Play the Metronome Slowly and Uneven Beats Are Okay, clarified the kind of breaths to take. The chapter explores a vital tip, benefits accrue from the two meditation stages: quiet your whole body, and slow your breath. These meditation stages relax the meditator for the day ahead. Yet relaxation most always occurs, which is truly well worth the time spent. It is necessary to select and define major words and phrases from one's write-up of the dream to discover the dream's personalized meanings. The general definition for phrases as used in this step is a string of words, which can be phrases, clauses, or whole sentences. It is necessary to explore one's dream for possible solutions to problems, including changing their thoughts, attitudes, or behaviors.
