ABSTRACT
I am not going to comment specifically on Elizabeth Spelke's or Dick Held's data but to contribute to the discussion by offering a few assumptions relative to cognitive properties of the initial state. These assumptions are not only mine, they were formulated after a series of discussions with Andre Bullinger from Geneva. Therefore I shall be speaking in both our names.
