ABSTRACT
This session will appeal to those pupils who feel they aren’t creative and don’t enjoy stories: those who are not drawn to fiction. Much of the storytelling in this session is inspired by facts. The session also has appeal for those pupils who don’t enjoy research and aspects of non-fiction as they can learn how integral these elements can be to a piece of creative work. It is an advanced session involving the analysis of both fact and fiction. Pupils will apply researched facts to collaborative ideas, then incorporate these within an independent story.
