ABSTRACT
In chapter III, section 3.1 I remarked that complement if-clauses, unlike adjunct if-clauses, are apparently unable to serve as restrictive terms of adverbs of quantification. In this respect they are like whetherclauses. In this appendix I will try to bring these constructions into the general form of my analysis.
