DEFINING KEY MEDIA TERMS Just as computer programmers talk about bits, bytes, and RAM and car enthusiasts dwell on RPM, jerk, and lateral acceleration, so do media specialists converse in their own language. Before moving on to the actual media plan development, it will be helpful to review some of these terms and their defi nitions.
