ABSTRACT

A way of introducing the "what" of intentional leadership, allows to share the "genesis" of the formulation of the activities of intentional leaders. This chapter summarizes the some dimensions and corresponding exemplary activities of intentional leadership. A unique feature of thematically connecting the activities of intentional leadership to a story is that this formulation is limited to the boundaries of that story. The chapter focuses on the storied choices of some actors because they are thematically connected to the activities of intentional leadership within the context of the Angel-Story. It presents an overview of the key concepts discussed in this book. The book argues that the need of intentional leadership is more than urgent today because leaders are in dire need of stepping out of the anger, hate, and pettiness of either-or five-year-olds' narratives and preoccupations that continue to divide and destroy our communities, our societies, our nations.
