ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses the conversation among facilitator, two percussion player, piano player and listeners who are named with alphabets from A to D and G, for trio improvisation F and G. One percussionist would play and then there would be a little piano response. Particularly at the beginning, one percussionist played off of the idea that the other percussionist presented involving quick runs in the high register, which was good. Facilitator asked to the percussion players that he was aware of it. Percussion player 1 accepted it and replied that he didn't think of the piano as an accompanist. He thinks the relative positions of our instruments and how well they could see each other were important. Piano player plays three arpeggiated chords and single notes. All participants listen to playback. After listening remaining player and listeners were also participated in the conversation and shared their thoughts.
