ABSTRACT
Taking advantage of the new technology, Citizen Infoline was established in Ahmedabad to bring businesses and customers together by providing information to both. This was in addition to publishing Yellow Pages with added features. Citizen Infoline went for a joint venture (JV) with an established player from Mumbai for technology initially and expanded its operations from one city to seven cities. It has plans to go international as the next step.
