ABSTRACT

Keats, Endymion (1818); Edinburgh [Scots] Magazine, 2nd Series, VII (Aug. 1820), 107–110. Note that this first of a two-part article—which appears to be by an outside contributor—is done with the avowed purpose of gaining Keats a larger readership. The Edinburgh Magazine seems to have enjoyed a large enough circulation and a reputation for fair play to make it a proper medium in which to attempt to redress grievances.
