The first part of this article was a mistake in every respect, including its identification of the author of “Rhyme and Reason” (Leigh Hunt, not Lord Byron). The second part of the review, by a different writer (presumably the editor), provides a plodding and humorless but sufficiently unbiased account of the Liberal’s contents.
