[Wordsworth and Coleridge] Lyrical Ballads (1798); Analytical Review, XXVIII (Dec. 1798), 583–587. The reviewer is pleased with what F. W. Bateson has distinguished as Wordsworth’s “Augustan voice,” but critical of the “romantic” poems of both Wordsworth and Coleridge.
