ABSTRACT

There is a clear but non-linear correlation between dose and effect. As a rough guide, the absorption of <50 meg/Kg of L\9THC delivered by smoking usually results in the effects ascribed to 'low dosage' use, whilst the absorption of >250 meg/Kg of L\9THC, also delivered by smoking, often culminates in the effects attributed to 'high dosage' use. Between these dosages there is a gallimaufry of effects; idiosyncratic reactions may occur, however, at any dosage.
