ABSTRACT

In the field of high technology the smaller enterprise is very often faced with acute uncertainty concerning internal developments and external reactions. Having experienced various levels of success and failure in coping with the financial structure and product research and development, the enterprise faces the daunting task of actually reaching the market and invariably having to overcome stiff resistance. There are however, a number of courses of action which the enterprise can take in order to reduce this resistance, among which is building an image of credibility.
