ABSTRACT
Citation, commencement and applicable law 1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regu-
lations 1993 and shall come into force on 1st January 1994.
(2) These Regulations govern the relations between commercial agents and their principals and, subject to paragraph (3), apply in relation to the activities of commercial agents in Great Britain.
