ABSTRACT
The markups shown in paragraphs (a) through (f) above include fees, overhead and profit. Cost shall mean the lowest price that a buyer, comparable to the Sponsor, can obtain after using best efforts to obtain the lowest price for such, provided that labor costs shall never exceed those set forth in Exhibit 1A. Said costs shall be tracked independently and reported to the Sponsor on a monthly basis and when performing this Work, the Contractor shall submit daily timesheets to the Sponsor for review and approval.
