ABSTRACT
The Contractor shall fully comply with, and shall require its Subcontractors to comply fully with, all procedures and services including completion of all necessary applications for insurance coverage, prompt and full compliance with all audit requests and claim reporting procedures, and full participation in and compliance with safety and loss control programs implemented by, or at the request of, the Sponsor. Any claims with respect to any event covered by the insurance listed in Articles 15.3, 15.4, 15.5, 15.6, 15.9 and 15.10 shall be made on the basis that such insurance is the primary insurance therefor (and not on a shared loss basis with any other insurance Contractor may have) and thereby will not jeopardize the availability of coverage under any advance loss of profits or delayed start up or similar type insurance that the Sponsor may have.
