ABSTRACT
If the Contractor must reimburse any Loss suffered by [any] [the] Sponsor [Person] in <the currency of the Contract Price> <the currency such Loss was incurred in which case such Loss shall be increased by the change in [the << insert appropriate index>>] from the date the Sponsor [Person] suffered such Loss until the date of reimbursement therefor by the Contractor.234
