ABSTRACT
If the Unit One Availability Guarantee is not achieved, the Contractor shall pay the Sponsor as liquidated damages <<insert currency and amount>> for each full increment of <<insert number>> tenths of a percentage point by which <<insert number>> percent exceeds the actual Unit Availability of Unit One.
