ABSTRACT

Institutional based trust is determined by the perception of fairness and equity in the way a business, group, or department, and their representatives, transact or implement corporate policy. Human resource policies normally require that personal information not be shared, but the processes that guide human resource policy should be open and apparent to everyone involved. The basic rules of engagement for projects are the same whether we are talking about information technology (IT) or mechanical engineering projects, and everything in between. Problems on projects will always lead to hard decisions. The quality team frantically began reviewing requirements and strategizing their testing, and commenting on the testability of the requirements as the project continued. Team members that work in a virtual setting, apart from the rest of the team, can strengthen or weaken their sense of membership with the team. The team downstream is expected to work with a little less information.
