ABSTRACT

John Lennon wrote the song 'Imagine' an idealistic vision of what things could be. 'Imagine' has been criticised or endorsed depending on the philosophical bent of the listener with some arguing that such an approach would herald a form of worldwide communism. And others argue for it being a dream that could inspire mankind to change the way in which people interact with each other. John Lennon nominated a world with equality. And John Lennon failed to provide any form of suggestion as to how his idealistic world could come about. Then, Thoreau says something like build people castles in the air: that is the place for them. Third Generation Leadership is a foundation for building a better world one that people can be proud to leave to their grandchildren and their grandchildren's grandchildren. It will not happen overnight, but, with enough people committed to bring about the change children's need, it can happen.
