ABSTRACT
My own world is a project world of external, customer-facing projects delivering return on investment for the technology that the organisations I have worked for offer. I have therefore always had an issue with the purely 'inward-facing' focus of all of the main project organisations – yes, much if not most of the project work is internal-centric, but many of these same projects reach out to external advisors, consultants, experts and solution providers in order to make these projects possible.
