ABSTRACT
This chapter identifies and analyses the limitations in the radar systems using extensive literature review, interviews with system experts and safety data (collected from Air Navigation Service Providers) analysis. The chapter also develops a taxonomy (causal factors) and a causal model for incidents/accidents due to the limitations.
