ABSTRACT
The call for openness regarding donor conception records has not always gone unheard.1 In the present day, several countries have legislation that provides access to identifying and non-identifying information about donors to donorconceived people. In other jurisdictions, the right to access information has been recognized via court judgments or in national guidelines that uphold the right to information about one’s genetic heritage.
