ABSTRACT

This chapter deals with most aspects of business ethics and it is appropriate to sum up with a list and a vision for a business strategy that can integrate corporate social responsibility, ethics, and values-driven management in the company's general development. To propose a strategy for cosmopolitan business ethics is an attempt to manage business ethics right with straight talk. The basis of the strategy is that business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) help to create a better and more sustainable company, and not least to enhance corporate social legitimacy in the general public in the national and international community. Strategic environmental activities include working with environmental management as an integral element of the company's products and services. The company's strategy for corporate governance should be founded on the triple bottom line. Organizations should commit themselves to live up to environmental, social, and economic sustainability requirements.
