ABSTRACT
This chapter deals with the people's own invisible hands as the most important factor that upgrades personal and societal values for long-term collaborative endeavors. The thought-frame enhancement, requiring acceleration of investment in such human capital, is necessary for a value renewal in favor of Sustainable Development. A corollary of such income distribution is an enhancement of personal self-respect, self-reliance and self-command as well as mutual respect, mutual reliance and mutual collaboration, all of which, in turn, may induce a more desirable and comfortable sociopolitical environment respective to each society. A built-in mechanism for such synergistic interactions is one of the important features of the present long-term socioeconomic framework. Then, the Maturation Process on the Optimal Development Path (ODP), along with the thought-frame enhancement, may offer the best possible chance for Sustainable Development balanced global socioeconomic development harmonious with the Environment.
