ABSTRACT

This chapter discusses link between employee and customer orientation, and explains features of a customer-oriented renumeration system. The achieving of maximum customer orientation is based on suitable structures, and on the employment of modern technological solutions, management, and employees, all acting and thinking with the point of view of the customer in mind. The goal of customer orientation is always customer satisfaction. Satisfied customers are more likely to choose the product again, to passively or actively recommend it, and to react with less price sensitivity. According to the American management strategists, Haines and McCoy, a company that wants to create a sound basis for customer-oriented action needs to fulfill the demands. The remuneration system, described in its basic form, is enhanced via a performance bonus, which is assessed according to the success level relative to desired results. Neural networks constitute one of the important data mining techniques and are used in the classification and segmentation of very large data stocks.
