ABSTRACT
Chapter 9 concentrates solely on the application of The Three Lenses of Diversity in service of organisation development. Specifically, technology-induced implementation developed in co-creation with anthropological practices is discussed with the aim of engaging diverse user groups. It describes how the anthropological toolbox provides the basis for a thorough needs analysis, which allows diverse people’s needs to be met, in turn creating superior interconnectivity.
