ABSTRACT
To acquaint participants with the various services and assistance available to them in the organization. Prepare a list with the names, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of various resource and assistance people, departments, agencies and services available to employees in the organization. Make more than enough copies needed and have them nearby. Basic rules: Explain that there are a number of services available to employees of the organization and say that people are interested in hearing from them what kind of information they would like to have regarding such services. Let the group generate services that they would like to know about and list them on the flipchart. When the group is done, take out the handout that people have prepared and tell them that if there are any items on their list. Distribute the handout and go through the items listed there. Mark off items on the flipchart as they are covered in the handout.
