ABSTRACT
This chapter explains a game of "Who's Who?" that can be adapted for use on induction websites. The purpose this game is to acquaint new employees with some of the leaders of the organization. Accordingly, participants try to match pictures of organizational leaders with descriptions of those leaders. Before the game staarted, decide which organizational leaders to include in this activity. While a few other key figures in the organization; may be the employee who has been with the organization the longest, and so forth. Instructions for playing a game: Distribute the handout and explain that each picture has a description of that person among the descriptions at the bottom of the page. Let people work in groups. Give them ten minutes to put the number of the pictures in the blanks. When time is up, go through the pictures one by one getting input and giving the correct answers and award prizes.
