ABSTRACT

This chapter explains a quality and customer service game that can be adapted for use on induction websites. The purpose of this game is to acquaint the participants with the organization's quality and customer service programmes. The participants are sent on an information hunt and must bring back information, materials, samples, examples, and so forth about the organization's quality and customer service programmes. The chapter also explains how to play the game by telling participants that they are about to embark on an information hunt that will be followed by an entertaining show-and-tell opportunity and dividing participants into two groups, the quality group and the customer service group.
