ABSTRACT

To help new employees learn a variety of information about the organization. Small groups of three to four participants sit around game boards, draw cards, and answer questions, roll dice and move tokens around the board. One might want to design the game to deal with very specific organizational information or one might decide to extend the content to cover all aspects of the organization: its history, structure, major products and services, and so on. If the player gets it right, they can roll the die and move that number of squares forward. If they get it wrong, they have to stay where they are. If one have four people or fewer playing at each game board, and it takes each person at least four and probably six rolls of the die before someone reaches the finishing line, then one will need at least 25 cards, probably 30 or more to be safe.
