ABSTRACT
To give participants a feel for where they are within the organization. Participants determine where they fall within a large organizational chart and then try to place a sticker with their name on it in the right location on the chart while blindfolded. Participants whose stickers come closest to where they really belong win prizes. Certain procedures for the game: Post the large organizational chart and ask the participants to come up to the chart and point out to one another where they fall within the chart. Distribute small stickers and ask each participant to take one and write their name on it. Have the participant's number off and then stand in line starting with number one. When they finish, they can take off their blindfolds and give it to the next person in the line. After all stickers have been stuck, the participants whose stickers have come closest to where they should be win prize.
