This chapter proposes to produce own profile of client management effectiveness. Allocate a score to each statement, based on level of agreement, until all sections are completed. These scores are then used to create Client Management Profile. Employees are highly engaged and exhibit a client first behaviour. This total score is now transferred to the Orientation section of Client Management Profile. Brand promise is regularly reviewed with Clients. This total score is now transferred to the Brand section of Client Management Profile. Firm is involved in social responsibility projects. This total score is now transferred to the Reputation section of Client Management Profile. Client charter is displayed on website. This total score is now transferred to the Care section of Client Management Profile. To create profile, transfer scores from the profile table to the chart, then join up the points on each element to form profile.
