ABSTRACT

This chapter contains three sections and begins with LAG members’ perception of their cooperation with different actors within the LEADER+ structure. The perceptions expressed in the survey are analysed in the section ‘Cooperation with Other Administrative Units’. Actors from different decision-making and managing authorities will have the space to comment on these assessments. The section is structured in such a way that after presenting the empirical results of the survey, the focus shifts to the comments of civil servants from decision-making authorities followed by the comments of staff from managing authorities. As information and the control of information are a very important aspect of the distribution and manipulation of power, especially in the conception of structural constructivism, one section is dedicated to information policy.
