ABSTRACT
The stories we are, in relational ‘southern’ guise, culminate, enterprise-wise, in a rhythmical form that departs fundamentally from the efficient and effective organization that conforms to the conventional ‘western’ business norm. As such it builds upon the original community building, then value sharing foundations, and emancipatory communities of practice that have come before. For such an ultimately transformative, relationally driven, rhythmical enterprise, we return to contemporary Zimbabwe to see PAR in transformative action, in a rural area called Rusape, where Ronnie Lessem spent much of his youth, as well as in Chinyika, further to what was originated above (Chapter 4) now as per ‘Chinyika Valley’, via, as we shall see, the renowned Econet.
