ABSTRACT
In this example, integrated assurance is implemented across the organisation at Level 2 with elements of Level 3 being applied. This organisation plays a significant role in this multibillion dollar industry and provides mandatory services to other organisations at the national and international level. Integrated assurance has evolved as an approach over the last six years, with experience and reflecting change within the organisation as well as the industry. There are further plans to improve the current approach with the continued aim of increasing risk based assurance and oversight at the board level.
