ABSTRACT
I am now coming to the end of my journey, in which I have taken my consulting company and my society, Jordan, with me through a composite co-operative inquiry into quality and transformation from a local-global perspective, using I.Theory as my vehicle. In the process, two major institutions in Jordan, one civic (RSCN) and the other industrial (Al-Quds Paints Co.), have been transformed, both reaching simultaneously into their past and their future. Inevitably, as a result, my own consulting practice is much more integral than it was before.
