ABSTRACT

From personal reflection we appreciate that our tendency as individuals, to act in a specific manner may be influenced by various factors. These factors may originate from within ourselves, in terms of our own value composition and personal motivations or, alternatively, from an external source which compels our actions in an intended direction. Either way, there is an outcome. With stemming the flow of evil money top of mind, this aspect of our discussion addresses the institutional stimuli shaping compliance and the complementary role of values and other intrinsic motivators in producing the desired results.
