ABSTRACT

This final chapter in our book explores how we anticipate Knowledge Management might continue to evolve, especially in the context of the Pharmaceutical Industry. Are Knowledge Management principles and techniques now integral to how pharma works, or have only some aspects been adopted (for example, After Action Reviews and other Learning Interventions, CoPs and so on)? Where are the opportunities and how can KM play a key role in the future in the changing pharmaceutical business models that we are witnessing, and in successful organisations in general?
