ABSTRACT
In this chapter, a final evaluation of the results and their further implications will be given. In order to do that, the developed leadership and organizational structures will first be analysed to check in how far these structures are relevant beyond the boundaries of the current study. This is particularly important as preparation for the further analysis, to be undertaken subsequently, of the relevance of the results from both an academic and practical point of view.
