ABSTRACT
The case for using a narrative framework to analyze cultural policies within the landscapes of globalization and transnationalism requires some additional foregrounding. Before we address the particulars of these two spheres, we think it would be helpful to provide preliminary background and justification for employing a narrative framework for cultural policy analysis, which we expand upon in the next chapter.
